Karolyn LaLonde founded Stillwater Business Solutions to bring clarity, confidence, and collaboration to the financial side of running a business, especially for teams who’ve outgrown DIY solutions but aren’t ready for a full-time CFO.

Karolyn is a strategic financial partner with advanced expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, forecasting, and advisory services. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with deep knowledge of POS and e-commerce systems, she supports both early-stage founders and established leadership teams with the financial insight they need to grow sustainably.

Known for her precision, tech fluency, and emotionally intelligent approach, Karolyn delivers a concierge-style accounting experience that’s grounded, responsive, and built around each client’s goals. Whether untangling years of records or building a forward-facing financial strategy, she meets business owners where they are, and helps them move forward with confidence.

Lexi keeps the gears turning behind the scenes at Stillwater Business Solutions, making sure people, platforms, and processes stay (mostly) in sync.

With a background in operations and a deep love of structured systems, Lexi is the go-to for workflow alignment, platform support, and spotting inefficiencies before they slow anyone down. She's part problem-solver, part process whisperer, and always a step ahead—sometimes eerily so.

As an Enrolled Agent and advanced tax strategist, Bryan LaLonde brings deep technical expertise and calm clarity to business owners navigating complex financial decisions. He joined Stillwater Business Solutions in 2022, expanding SBS’s capabilities with high-level tax planning, compliance, and advisory support.

Bryan specializes in helping businesses prepare for what’s next, whether that’s sustainable growth, strategic acquisitions, or getting ready to be acquired. He’s a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor with a sharp focus on e-commerce, dropshipping, and multi-channel sales environments, offering tailored guidance in an often-chaotic space.

With a data-first mindset and a no-nonsense approach, Bryan goes beyond compliance. He partners with clients to create strategic budgets, improve cash flow, and design forward-thinking tax plans that align with long-term goals. His work is grounded in integrity, transparency, and a genuine commitment to helping small businesses thrive, even in uncertain times.

Vitaliia loves working behind the scenes to help Karolyn and Bryan stay organized, keep things moving, and support the team wherever she can. She enjoys learning something new every day and takes pride in doing her part to help SBS run smoothly.

Her background in International Relations and Hospitality Management, along with living in four different countries, has shaped the way she approaches both work and people. Vitaliia values the different perspectives and experiences everyone brings to the table and believes that kindness, genuine care, and a willingness to serve others can make a meaningful difference no matter where you are or what kind of work you do. It’s one of the things she appreciates most about being part of the SBS team.

Outside of work, Vitaliia is happiest somewhere peaceful, preferably surrounded by mountains. She enjoys daily walks, weekend getaways away from the city, great coffee, and dining at places with incredible views, which is one of her favorite parts of living in Costa Rica. She also speaks four languages and has lived in four different countries.

With a background in hospitality management and a fast-rising career in accounting, Jade Klosgardner brings both heart and precision to every client relationship. Since joining Stillwater Business Solutions in 2024, she’s quickly become a trusted ally to business owners seeking clarity behind their books.

Jade supports a wide range of clients with high-quality bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services. She’s QuickBooks-proficient, skilled across industry-specific platforms, and especially adept at helping business owners understand their numbers, not just report them.

Her detail-driven approach and strong client dedication make her an integral part of the SBS team. Outside of work, you’ll find Jade traveling, catching a movie with friends, or exploring new trails with her dog, Gideon.

Kaitlyn has been working in the accounting industry since 2018 and loves bringing order and clarity to things that can otherwise feel complicated or overwhelming. For her, there’s something especially satisfying about getting everything organized, balanced, and seeing all the pieces come together.

She also values the people behind the work. Being part of a supportive, encouraging team that’s always willing to help is a big part of what makes her enjoy coming to work each day.

Outside of SBS, Kaitlyn stays busy with her family and a full calendar of sporting events. With six boys, there’s always something going on, and she loves cheering them on as they pursue the things they’re passionate about. Her family also enjoys attending local community events and staying involved whenever they can.
