Her daily responsibilities include aligning workflows, herding adults, appeasing software platforms, and preventing the firm from collapsing into operational anarchy. She accomplishes this while actively enjoying interests that should probably be studied by professionals. Her hobbies include collecting deeply niche facts, befriending inanimate objects, and choosing chaos when calm is right there.
Lexi communicates primarily in screenshots, bullet points, and vague “just trust me” energy. She can smell inefficiency from across the room and has been known to fix problems before anyone realizes they exist—sometimes before they even happen, which we’ve stopped asking about.
When not coordinating practice operations, Lexi may be found staring at spreadsheets like they owe her money, muttering “this could be a process,” or vanishing abruptly for reasons we legally cannot disclose.
